Your guide will pick you up from your accommodation where your tour will begin, we drive to the lower slopes of Table Mountain. Table Mountain is a flat-topped mountain forming a prominent landmark overlooking the city of Cape Town in South Africa. We then take an exhilarating ride up in the cable car. The car carries 65 people and only takes 4 minutes to the top. The views from the top are just incredible.
Our eyes feast on a 360-degree view of the Cape Peninsula. There is lots of time to walk around and take pictures and explore and search for dassies and rock lizards. We then drive to the V&A waterfront in time to catch the ferry to Robben Island. Robben Island is an island in Table Bay, 6.9 kilometers west of the coast of Bloubergstrand, north of Cape Town, South Africa. It takes its name from the Dutch word for seals, hence the Dutch/Afrikaans name Robben Eiland, which translates to Seal Island.
