Your Itinerary

1. Morning: Pick-Up & Journey to Addo
Your adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation or cruise terminal in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Bluewater Bay, or Colchester. Sit back in our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle as we make our way to the park, soaking in the stunning Eastern Cape landscapes along the route.

2. Welcome to Addo Elephant National Park
After check-in, we embark on our guided tour, immersing ourselves in Addo’s breathtaking wilderness. Keep your eyes peeled for lions lazing in the grass, buffalo grazing in the thickets, and the park’s famous elephants roaming freely. As we explore, your guide will share fascinating insights into the park’s flora, fauna, and conservation efforts.

3. A Quick Stop at Jack’s Picnic Site
Midway through the morning, we take a short break at Jack’s Picnic Site, named after one of Addo’s pioneering black rhinos. Stretch your legs, refresh yourself, and enjoy a moment to soak in the serene surroundings before continuing our tour.

4. Lunchtime at The Cattle Baron
By midday, we pause for a well-deserved meal at The Cattle Baron, located in the park’s main camp. Enjoy a delicious lunch (with an R250 voucher per person) while overlooking the stunning landscape. While here, take a moment to browse the curio shop for unique, locally crafted souvenirs or wander to the nearby lookout point to admire the scenery.

5. Afternoon: More Safari Magic
After lunch, we will continue exploring the northern section of the park. This area is rich in wildlife and offers excellent opportunities for unforgettable animal encounters. Be sure to have your camera ready, you never know when a herd of elephants might cross your path or when a pride of lions may appear!

6. Homeward Bound
As the sun begins its descent, we make our way back to your accommodation or cruise terminal. Your guide will share final insights and answer any last questions as you reflect on the day’s unforgettable experiences.
