Your Itinerary

1. Pick-up from Your Accommodation or Cruise Terminal
Your adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation or cruise terminal in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Bluewater Bay, or Colchester. Our professional driver-guide ensures a comfortable, scenic drive to Addo. (Approximate travel time: 1h20min)

2. Addo Elephant National Park – 2-Hour Guided Safari
Arriving at Addo Elephant National Park, you'll check in 15 minutes before your open vehicle game drive. Get ready to spot a variety of incredible wildlife, including lions, hyenas, zebras, Cape buffalo, warthogs, and graceful antelope species. This guided experience provides the best chance to see these creatures in action, all while soaking in the stunning scenery.

3. Explore & Relax
After your game drive, take time to explore the curio shop, filled with locally crafted souvenirs and memorabilia. Alternatively, wander to the lookout point, where you can take in breathtaking vistas of the surrounding wilderness.

4. Optional Meal Stop (For Your Account)
Feeling peckish? Enjoy a delicious meal at either the Cattle Baron Grill & Bistro inside the park or at the famous Nanaga Farmstall, known for its legendary pies and roosterkoek.

5. Return Journey
As your half-day safari draws to a close, we’ll transport you back to your accommodation or cruise terminal. Enjoy a relaxing ride while your guide shares final insights about Addo’s wildlife, conservation efforts, and ecosystem.

  • Each drive lasts approximately 2 hours.
  • No refunds for missed departures.
  • Children under 6 are not permitted on these drives.
  • This is a shared game drive (Open Game Vehicle not private).
